#MergerMondays: Boys & Girls Clubs of Suncoast and Tampa Bay

This week we highlight another #affiliatemerger! 

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast and Tampa Bay announced their merger, which is one of the most significant in Boys & Girls Club history.

This collaboration has been a process. What started in 2023 as two chapters uniting under one president and CEO, is now a merger that will result in one of the largest nonprofit after school programs in Florida. The new organization will cover more counties and include new programs that expand the attendance and reach to exponentially more kids and teens. 

Not only will both organizations retain their workforce, but the collaboration will even provide more opportunities for staff with the innovation and expansion of programs.
