#MergerMondays: ONEGeneration + Sages & Seekers

In 2024, the number of people turning 65 in the United States is expected to exceed 11,200 per day. For nonprofits serving older adults - talk about a need to collaborate and scale up!

One Generation and Sages & Seekers, two LA county non-profits whose missions are improving quality of life for older adults, are giving their programs a new life as well! ☀️

Life expectancy is on the rise, which means improved and increased care for those at a later stage of life is extra important.

ONEGeneration has 46 years of experience in enriching the lives of older adults by offering opportunities to integrate them into their communities. Sages & Seekers has been combating social isolation and age segregation for over 15 years through intergenerational programs.

By bringing these programs together under the ONEgeneration umbrella, the impact and opportunities offered by both programs will only continue to grow. 🚀A thoughtful, intentional and transparent integration has brought not only new inspiration but also new friendships to staff and communities alike. 🤝
