This is definitely a #mergermondays to celebrate, especially for outdoor enthusiasts like me. LAKE PLACID LAND CONSERVANCY and Adirondack Land Trust announced their merger. I spent years working in the environmental field and I love it when these organizations take their collaboration to the next level. Conservation work has to be coordinated because rivers and forests don’t give much credence to state borders or other manufactured boundaries we try to place on them.

I'm excited to see what this partnership accomplishes - Can't argue with more conservation and better watershed protection. 😍 See you on the trail! ⛰
