#DissolutionHallofFame: Our Turn

Our Turn, a nonprofit fighting for educational equity, announced their closure in 2024.  Doors. After 15 years of service, Our Turn is closing their doors, 🚪 but will leave behind a legacy of impact.

The #DissolutionHallofFame is all about sharing stories of organizations who gracefully took a final bow - We honor them because we believe: 

• The decomposition of one organization is the fertile soil from which new efforts emerge

• The choice to close voluntarily is brave, selfless, and necessary

Our Turn has a ton to be proud of: networks of young leaders and changemakers that will continue to fight for quality education, programs rooted in consciousness and collective action, and policy changes that will continue to expand education access for years to come.

To preserve their work, Our Turn developed a comprehensive report to capture the work, wisdom and insights that make up their Legacy of Change. 💪
